Web applications and client dashboards
A web application is needed when a website has to do more than display information: a client should be able to log in, view their orders, pay, and download documents, while a manager should be able to manage everything without a programmer. We build these systems for small and mid-sized businesses: without enterprise red tape, but with a clear technical specification, defined stages, and testing.
We start with a working version with the minimum feature set, so you can test the idea with real customers, then evolve it based on data—not guesses.
What Systems We Build
How the project runs
The first week goes into planning: we describe user flows, screens, and data, estimate the scope, and split it into releases. The first release is a working minimum that can be shown to clients. After that, every two to three weeks we release the next set of features, demo it, and gather feedback. The code lives in a repository with full history, test and production environments are separated, and checks run before every release.
What we build on
The back end runs on PHP (Laravel) or Node.js, interfaces are built with Vue or React, and the database uses MySQL or PostgreSQL. We choose the tech stack based on the task and on who will support the system after us: widely used technologies that make it easy to find a specialist. No exotic tech and no lock-in to our studio.

Frequently asked questions
How is a web app different from a website
A website shows the same information to everyone. An app knows who has logged in and displays their data: orders, documents, and balance. If you have an “account” or “records” function, you need an app.
Can we start small
Yes, that’s where we recommend starting: the first release covers one core user journey, and we add more based on results. This way, the budget goes toward what people actually use.
Can we maintain the system ourselves
Yes. We use widely adopted technologies and hand over the code, documentation, and instructions. Our support is optional, not mandatory.
How is the cost calculated
We determine it based on the scope of scenarios and integrations after a week of planning. Before that, we provide a range; afterward, we fix the price of the first release in the contract.
Describe it in a few words, and we'll get back to you within one business day with questions and a preliminary estimate.
