Analytics setup: find out where requests come from
Without analytics, advertising becomes a lottery: money gets spent, but no one knows which channel generated the requests. We set up a system where every request, call, and order is tied to a source, and you can see customer acquisition cost by channel in a single report.
We work with Yandex Metrica tracking, e-commerce, call tracking, and CRM. After setup, we explain which numbers to review each week and what they affect.
What we set up
Issues we find on almost every website
The tracking tag isn't installed on every page. The “form submission” goal fires when the button is clicked, not when the form is actually submitted, and half of the “requests” are empty forms. Internal visits aren't filtered out, so employees inflate the stats. Ad campaigns are tagged differently. E-commerce sends the same order twice. We've seen each of these problems dozens of times, so we start by auditing the current setup, not by installing something new.
What you get in the end
One report answering three questions: how many requests each channel generated, how much each request cost, and how many became customers. Plus a short guide on what to check once a week and a recording of the review call. After that, you can manage the report yourself or hand it over to us along with promotion.

Frequently asked questions
We already have Yandex Metrica installed—why configure it
To verify that it is tracking accurately. In most audits, we find goals that fire incorrectly and channels that are not tagged. Setup starts with an audit—and if everything is in order, we will say so.
Does a small business need end-to-end analytics
If your ad budget is up to 100 thousand per month and you use one or two channels, advanced setup is enough. End-to-end analytics is needed when there are many channels and budget decisions are made every week.
What about Google Analytics
We connect it on request, but for Russia we use Yandex Metrica as the foundation: it works reliably, integrates with Yandex Direct, and is not affected by service blocks.
Will you keep filing reports
Optional: monthly support is included in promotion services or arranged separately. As a baseline, we teach you to read the report yourself.
Describe it in a few words, and we'll get back to you within one business day with questions and a preliminary estimate.
