Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter, the Policy) sets out the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of users of the rdmn.pro website (hereinafter, the Website) and was developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, On Personal Data.

This Policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about a user while they use the Website, its services, and feedback forms.

Using the Website and submitting data through its forms constitute the user’s consent to this Policy and the conditions for processing personal data set out in it. If the user does not agree to these conditions, they should refrain from using the Website forms.

2. Key terms

Personal data means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual (data subject).

Personal data processing means any action or set of actions involving personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.

Operator is the person who organizes and carries out the processing of personal data and determines the purposes and scope of the data being processed.

User means a visitor to the Website.

Cookie is a small piece of data that a website stores in the user's browser and retrieves on subsequent visits.

De-identification is the process of making it impossible to determine which specific individual the data belongs to without additional information.

3. Operator and Contact Methods

RDMN, the owner of rdmn.pro, is the personal data operator.

4. Categories of Processed Data

4.1. Data that the user provides independently through the Website forms:

• name or other form of address;
• contact details: a phone number, email address, or username in a messenger;
• request content: a description of the task and any information the user chose to enter in the free-text field.

4.2. Data transferred automatically when using the Website:

• IP address and data about the browser, device, operating system, and screen resolution;
• information about the pages visited, the time and duration of the visit, and the referral source;
• data stored in cookie files.

4.3. The Operator does not collect special categories of personal data (racial background, political views, health status, religious beliefs, and others) or biometric personal data.

4.4. The Operator does not verify the accuracy of the information provided and assumes that the user provides accurate information and data they are authorized to share.

5. Processing Purposes

Personal data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:

5.1. Contact the user regarding their request: clarify the task, answer the question, and prepare a preliminary estimate and commercial proposal.

5.2. Entering into, performing, and supporting a service agreement if the parties reach an agreement.

5.3. Technical support and maintenance of the work results.

5.4. Informing the user about the progress of work on their project.

5.5. Collection of anonymized visit statistics to improve the Website: which pages are useful to visitors, where difficulties arise, and which channels generate inquiries.

5.6. Information about the operator’s services, new materials, and offers, if the user has separately consented to receive it. You can opt out of these messages at any time by notifying us in any convenient way.

6. Legal grounds for processing

The operator processes personal data on the following grounds:

• the user's consent to the processing of personal data, which they provide by submitting the form on the Website;
• performance of a contract to which the user is a party, or taking steps at the user’s initiative to prepare for entering into such a contract;
• federal laws and other regulatory legal acts establishing the operator's obligations.

7. Processing procedures and terms

7.1. Processing is carried out with and without the use of automation tools, in compliance with the requirements of the laws of the Russian Federation.

7.2. Data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation.

7.3. Retention Periods:

• data from requests that did not result in a contract are stored for no more than 1 year from the last contact;
• data of clients with whom a contract has been concluded are stored for the term of the contract and thereafter for the periods established by law for retaining the relevant documents;
• anonymized web analytics data is stored in accordance with the policies of the analytics services.

7.4. Once the processing purposes have been achieved, or if consent is withdrawn, the data must be destroyed or anonymized unless otherwise required by law.

7.5. Transfers to third parties. The Operator does not sell personal data or transfer it for third-party advertising. Transfers are possible only in the following cases:

• the user has given consent to this;
• transfer is necessary to perform the agreement with the user, including to the operator's contractors who are required to maintain confidentiality, and to providers of the infrastructure in use (hosting, notification mailing services, messengers), to the extent necessary for them to perform their functions;
• the transfer is required by the laws of the Russian Federation as part of the established procedure, including at the request of authorized government bodies.

7.6. The operator does not transfer personal data across borders.

8. Cookie Files and Analytics Systems

8.1. The Website uses cookies to save user settings, including the selected theme, and to ensure the proper operation of analytics services.

8.2. The Yandex Metrica service (YANDEX LLC) is used to collect visit statistics. The service collects anonymized information about visits, including data on pages viewed, traffic sources, devices, and actions taken on the page. The service processes data in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.

8.3. The User may disable or delete cookies in their browser settings. In this case, certain Site functions, including saving the selected design theme, may not work correctly.

8.4. To opt out of data collection by Yandex Metrica, a user may use the special blocking add-on distributed by the service.

9. User rights and withdrawal of consent

9.1. The User has the right to:

• obtain information about the fact of processing their personal data, the purposes and methods of processing;
• request clarification, blocking, or destruction of personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, obtained unlawfully, or no longer necessary for the stated processing purpose;
• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
• appeal the operator's actions or inaction to the authorized personal data protection authority or through the courts.

9.2. To exercise any of the rights listed above, it is sufficient to send a request to hello@rdmn.pro, specifying the name and contact details provided through the Website.

9.3. Consent is considered withdrawn as of the moment the operator receives the relevant request. The operator stops processing and destroys the data within 10 business days of receiving the request, unless the operator has other legal grounds to continue processing it.

10. Personal data protection

10.1. The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, destruction, alteration, copying, and distribution.

10.2. Such measures include: limiting access to the data to a specific group of people, using a secure connection when transmitting data from the Website, differentiating access rights to storage systems, and regularly updating the software in use.

10.3. The operator draws users' attention to the fact that the transmission of data over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be protected from the actions of third parties outside the operator's control. Users are advised not to enter information in free-text form fields whose disclosure could cause them harm.

11. Liability

11.1. The Operator is liable for the unlawful use of personal data in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, except in cases provided for in clause 11.2.

11.2. The Operator is not responsible for consequences resulting from:

• the user providing inaccurate or someone else's personal data;
• disclosure of data by the user themselves or by third parties who gained access to their device or accounts;
• actions of third-party services and websites, links to which may be placed on the Website: their privacy policies apply independently of this Policy.

12. Final Provisions

12.1. The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available at rdmn.pro/privacy/; the revision date is stated at the beginning of the document.

12.2. Continued use of the Website after publication of a new version means that the user accepts the changes made.

12.3. This Policy and the relationship between the user and the operator are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
